Our Story

Owner Jim Hudson learned the remodeling trade the traditional way—serving as an apprentice under a meticulous German master carpenter whose high standards emphasized precision, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Those early lessons became the foundation of a career spanning more than five decades.

Throughout his career, Jim has worked as a carpenter, subcontractor, general contractor, commercial project manager, and Certified Facility Manager. That unique combination of hands-on craftsmanship and professional project management allows CTR Property Pros to deliver residential remodeling projects that are both beautifully built and carefully organized.
